Staff was even willing to stay extra for me to get my car due to insurance company leaving wrong day number to call. So when I called for an update being told it was going to be done. The person on the phone said I was called but as I mentioned the number was my home number and they were supposed to call my cell during the day because of work. Given that staff was willing to stay extra if I didn't get there in time to get my car so I would not have an extra day of rental fees on the car that I was using. That was above and beyond kind. But it all worked out

Brendon has is a great example of a customer service representative. Attentive and very reassuring. Some additional feedback.. I was told (not by Brendon) I needed to have the insurance company contact caliper. I didnt know why and neither did the insurance company since I already had a claim number. Not a big deal but it was odd to tell me I needed to tell my insurance company that they had to call rather then just call themselves. One other bit of feedback is that after I received a message my car would be ready, the next day car wise sent a message stating it would be ready 4 days from now. I called, not trusting carwise to confirm. I would not have cared, but my rental was scheduled to be turned in that day. Overall a good experience, but I give feedback to offer suggestions to help the next customer. Thank you
