Overall they did a good job with communicating and letting me know any updates. I will say I got my car back and there was a defect on my hatch door. I pointed it out and they agreed to bring the car back in at a later date to fix the clear coat. The only reason I did not rate them higher is because I got my car back and it was making a rattling noise. I only had the car for a night and realized something was definitely loose. I called the next morning and they came to pick up the car. It was fixed that very day. So there were a few issues but they made sure to make it right.
