Everyone at Caliber was very kind, thorough in explaining everything to me that needed repaired on my car, and made an otherwise inconvenient experience turn out to be relatively pleasant. They not only fixed my car but detailed it and cleaned it up which was a great surprise too! Lastly, I enjoyed talking with Brendan at the front desk each time I came in. He was very kind and made me laugh! Thank you all.

dirty car, flat tire, spare not put back,

the spare tire was just left in the truck sitting there, It was not put back in place. Im not sure why the spare was even taken out. The right back driver side tire was flat the next day and not sure if that had anything to do with the spare tire. They said the car was getting a detail. The windshield was left dirty and greasy all well dust over the dashboard.

Caliber Collision was one of the best experiences in dealing with an auto body shop. From the first time I dropped my car off, I met Brenden, very personable and he explained everything to me. They called the rental place and they met me there. They were very efficient and Shawn the General Manager also came out to talk with me. They estimated that it would take about 10 days and they kept me informed the whole time. When I picked up my car today it looked liked nothing ever happened. I thank them for their service from the front door, to the people who repaired it, and the detailer… they were incredible. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.
