This was a new experience (damaged auto) & I didn’t know what to expect. Thankfully Caliber Collision in Mentor, Ohio was recommended to me. I was very impressed with the communication throughout the entire process. They also were spot on with their timeline. I also appreciated that they were honest from the start and I could tell they didn’t want to cut corners just to have it done sooner. When I received my car, I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned the inside and out! My accident really was an unfortunate situation and I was pretty upset about it. But it was so nice to get my car back looking brand new!

My car looked brand new when I finally got to pick it up! No one wants to be in this situation but I am very happy with my service!
