I was met with friendly faces of individuals who made it clear they were there to aid me through the repair process while reducing the stress associated with dealing with a damaged vehicle. They were detailed when explaining the repairs needed and how the expense of those repairs were broken down. They worked well with the insurance company and rental car service. I truly appreciate the time and care they afforded to me, and the fast turn around time with getting me back into my vehicle.

Car was returned sooner than promised and cleaner than when delivered, both inside and out. Great staff. Was always greeted by name when I stopped in even though the gentleman at the front desk just met me a few days earlier.

Brendon and Shawn was personable and made me feel comfortable upon me first entering the shop. Every concern and question was answered on the stop and a thorough walkthrough of the work done on my SUV was explained to me. You do not find customer service like that anymore. They are a phenomenal team!
