Brendon and Shawn was personable and made me feel comfortable upon me first entering the shop. Every concern and question was answered on the stop and a thorough walkthrough of the work done on my SUV was explained to me. You do not find customer service like that anymore. They are a phenomenal team!

My experience with Caliber was top-notch from beginning to end. They made the process of towing my car to their facility the easiest I've ever experienced, kept me apprised of their progress on my vehicle repairs, and finished the repairs earlier than expected. I also really appreciated the thorough explanation I was given about the specifics of the repairs and the protocols they use to ensure the vehicle is back in the condition it was in before my accident. Caliber made the process as low-stress as can be expected. I hope my insurer continues to use Caliber as their preferred provider in case our family needs their services again!

The Calibur team exceed expectations from the initial estimate to job completion. My decision to select Calibur over two other body shops was validated with a job well done.
