The work they did was great, I just got my car back and it’s FILLED with dirt and dust and was not like this when it was brought in. They did not do the light detail they advertise, otherwise they would have gotten rid of the dirt they got in my car.

Our vehicle was taken in for a dent and some scratches on the rear quarter panel from being hit in a parking lot. Apparently the dent could not be repaired so they ended up replacing that whole rear panel and bumper. Overall the repair looks good (paint blend, parts) But there were a few issues (seat belt not bolted back in, a few interior pieces popped out) but the major is the rear passenger door and new panel are not close to being flush. It is obvious repairs were made and do not match the rest of the vehicle.

Cesar made the entire experience from start to finish smooth. Cesar was friendly, experienced, and kept me informed throughout the repair. Caliber even got my job finished sooner than quoted. Not that I would want to be a repeat customer, but at least I know who to go to if the need arises.

Everything went well and my Car looks good. Staff was communicative and pleasant. My only criticism is that it appears my car was left over the holiday weekend sitting outside under a tree. When I picked it up it was covered in pollen and there was about 10 bird poops on it. It was disappointing to have to immediately take it to the car wash right after having body work done. And after having washed it right before dropping it off for repair. Otherwise everything was great.
