I wanted to take a moment to recognize Caesar at Caliber Collision in Mesa. This was honestly the best auto repair experience I have ever had. From start to finish, Caesar was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. What stood out the most was how well he explained everything throughout the repair process. He took the time to make sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle and tailored his explanations to my level of understanding. He was always patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. Having car repaired after an accident can be stressful, but Caesar made the entire process smooth and reassuring. Because of him, I felt informed and confident every step of the way. Cesar was so amazing from start to finish. From the minute I called the shop to inquire about getting my car fixed I knew I wanted to go there because he was so kind and helpful. He kept me up to date on the repairs and helped me fix some other items I needed outside of the collision work. He is truly amazing and the shop made my car look so perfect! I am so happy I went there!
