While the interaction while communicating was okay, there was a lot of disconnect. First, I called bcuz my insurer said they submitted info. I talked to a man who then went to cfer call to set appt and it went to a vmail so I left a msg and never did receive a call back. I called again they said another company for dent repair was going to handle us and gave me a phone #. I called, the company came out next day, gave us a rough quote of time and cost, said Caliber would be in touch. No call for a few days. We call the dent repair company, who said we we should have heard From someone soon, but no call ever came. So it was a few dats before we heard feom caliber again. Once reconnected, all went smooth and everyone was friendly, courteous and professional.

I would just suggest ironing out the communication with Enterprise. When I dropped off my car, I had to wait more than an hour past the appointment time for the rental car. I viewed this as the responsibility of Enterprise, and I had a lot of free time that day and didn't stress out, but someone else might get mad at Caliber.

My experience was great! Staff is super courteous and efficient. Itâs nice to have geico and enterprise in the building so everything gets taken care of at once. I will definitely use CC in the future and recommend to friends.
