1. These texts are coming through at 5:00am on a Saturday and Sunday morning and have woken me up both days 2. I went to pick up my car yesterday as I was told it was all ready and completely repaired. After further examining the repaired areas, there was a new obvious marking/chip in the paint that wasnât there previously. 3. I had a terrible rental car that now I still have to be in even longer than expected. 4. It has already taken almost 2 weeks to repair a bumper. Is this normal? And now I have to wait even longer because I have no idea how much longer it is going to take to fix this new area that was noticed. 5. Yes, I was updated along the way which was helpful, however, first I was told maybe it would be fully repaired by Friday sept 28, or possibly Monday Oct 1, when in reality, it took an entire week longer.
