During the repairing, the battery was disconnected so the car required a radio code to connect with my gps or cellphone. I had to go to my auto company to get it fixed. It caused my two days’ inconvenience.

The car has been in the shop for almost a month, we scheduled to pick up two times and every time we find scratches in the body of the car that did not exist before dropping off the car.

The representative returns and answers the phone inquiries but clueless when it comes to timing and causes of scratches. He mentioned last week that fixing the scratches will take two days and it took a full week. Trying to pick the car up today we found scratches that did not exist last week. He is asking for another week to fix the new scratches. We are so concerned that leaving the car at the shop causes more scratches. It is obvious that the the workers in the shop are not careful when moving things around and uninstalling and installing car body parts.
