When I picked up my car the front-desk clerk was talking so fast I couldn't process everything. She was either trying to be fast and efficient or other customers rush her along but she next shoved the signature page in front of me without giving me the entire document so I can read the content. No one signs anything without access to the entire contents.

I have been here before on a different accident had to bring the car back due to bad work. ONow on this current accident the work done was very bad very low quality bumper I did not accept their work I requested oem parts but when I came back they had a non oem with not so great pain job also did not accept the car had to comeback again till they got right. I guess their moto is do a good job only if client complains. Zero quality work.
