Everyone from the first call letting me know the claim was received from AAA, dropping the vehicle and speaking with John, the crew working in the car (the painter was fantastic) , and installing the strike plate. The vehicle is as good as new. Fantastic job!

I brought this vehicle based on the recommendations of Travelers. I originally had a repair shop identified which I used previously for another Infiniti. Bad decision
