The bumper and hood were both replaced and looked great. 2 days after getting the car back, the scrape guard underneath came loose and now needs to be replaced. It appeared that it was not installed/secured properly into the bottom of the bumper. I left a message on Sunday evening after it happened and Caliber Collision called Monday morning and were very receptive and willing to schedule an appointment to fix the damage.

Michelle and Justin did a fantastic job. From the drop off to the final pick up, The team was incredibly professional and efficient. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company / rental agency which saved me a ton of hassle. They even finished the job on time / ahead of schedule if you want honest service and high-quality repairs, this is the place to go.

When I received the car back and got it home, I noticed that the weather tech window deflector, you can see some of the double -sided tape below where it should be. You should not see any of the tape when looking at the window. The vehicle was dirty on the outside and the inside. The inside of my vehicle was dirtier than when I brought it in. The speedometer plastic covering had a film on it and it made it hard to see, there was dirt on the plastic on the bottom of the speedometer screen and on the back of my steering wheel, there was a broken part of a pen on the side of my drivers side seat along with white dust like particle and dirt on the carpet in the same area. The rims of my car were so dirty, it took several rags to get them cleaned. I also noticed dirt and water spots on the hood and tried to wipe it off at the time I was picking up my vehicle and even said something to the Caliber employee working that day that came outside with me. She said nothing. The last time you did my car, Jan. 2026, it came back amazing. Clean inside and outside. I didn't see pieces of double sided tape on the rear drivers side visible. You had to take that one off then and put it back on. SMH

I spoke with Sabrina one day and she mentioned that someone the next day would be looking at the tire and rim to make sure the tire was still good and the rim wasn't bent. I waited two days and since I hadn't heard anything about the tire and rim, I decided to call end of day. Michelle answered and I gave her my name. In a rude demeaner, she said "well, didn't you call in just yesterday and spoke to Sabrina"? I said no, it was two days ago and I was supposed to get an update on the tire/rim after the person looked at it yesterday. I feel like I have a right to call to check on my vehicle without getting an attitude or made to feel like I did something wrong by calling.
