The repair was fine. Not totally thrilled to have to make the 30 minute drive back to fix the trim that was accidentally thrown out and is ordered. My biggest issue was my wife was very unhappy that there were black hand and fingerprints all over the cieling of her car and on the inside trim. She spent an hour cleaning it up when we got home.

I brought my vehicle here to be repaired due to an accident. I had a good experience at the Broad street location so I figured I would have a similar experience here, but to my surprise it was awful. I was called to pick my vehicle up and there was trash all in the paint, terrible paint runs on every repaired panel, and the battery tray had been poorly repaired. I couldn't believe they would not have done a better job making sure that the quality they sent out was a true representation of the company. Also, Amanda tried to argue that the imperfections were rock chips and previous issues. Obviuosly someone with no auto body experience. They repaired the paint issues and I happened to check in on their progress and low and behold they sent the vehicle out again with a bunch of defects and this time Gm checked it before it went out and he had taped up several of the same areas. So here goes the 3rd time it has to be repaired. They call and say it's ready again. I go over my vehicls and there is more trash and the manager tries to act like that trash in the paint after cut and buff is acceptible and there where still runs and various other issues in the paint which were half a** fixed. She made so many excuses for the issues as though Im supposed to accept the poor quality and wanted to argue when you could tell she didn't know anything about collision repair either and she was caught be dishonest. I will never use these shops again and I'm having another body shop address the several paint issues. I ask anybody that brings there car here to thoroughly inspect their work before you pay because you will be disappointed. It also doesn't help the Manager filed a false report with the police department saying I assaulted her just because she didn't like the way I grabbed the keys when she handed them to me and they found that her story was false by watching the video.

From the time I made first contact with Michelle at the front desk to the time I picked it up EARLIER—not later than initially quoted, it’s been a pleasure to work with Caliber Collision. Jasmine is another team member that went out of her way to ensure customer service excellence. My Honda CR-V looks fantastic and I’ll definitely return to this location (S. Church St., Murfreesboro, TN) in the future if needed.
