Impressive, attention to detail, and like the movies, “Caliber is 5 stars” Why so impressive, from my initial three way call with my insurance company, Jasmine’s professional speaks volumes about her experience. I received follow up text and phone call s to every question. Midway through the vehicle completion, Amanda step in to show step by step process, time lines, and parts. I physical visited the shop, and calibers attention to detail, like safety glasses assure me that they have your best interest in protecting your valuable asset. 5 stars is not an over the top complement. The before and after pictures of my vehicle is a huge difference. From the cleaning, in and out, to wax and color match, to the craftsmanship of the body work. Beyond this is their warranty and my full satisfaction.

The Ladies up front and Frank deserve a special shout out here. My car took much longer than expected but not due to Caliber, but rather the shipping and parts delivery process. As a former retailer who dealt in shipping, I completely understood that it was in no way Caliber’s fault. I mean you can’t do any work if you don’t have the parts to work with right? But Frank and the ladies up front were phenomenal and kept me updated as much as possible. It’s because of them that I will happily come back for any repairs I may need. Thank you for the great experience and for your patience with me as well. 20 out of 10 stars!
