From the start, the representative was very kind and respectful to my wife and my daughter and even took the time to do a detailed assessment on the work needed to be done, and explained A to Z to them but appreciated that me as the dad needed that explain to me to ensure that everybody was being treated fairly. Everybody on that team was very respectful I was informed daily on the progress and informed of any changes and concerns. Without going into further detail the professionalism and respect for us and my daughter who got in the accident was unmeasurable.
