Service advisor was horrible. Part delays. Dust particles in the paint on my hood. Headlight from LKQ is scratched and was still installed. Repair went beyond promise date. Horrible communication.

The staff was very professional; they were a great help during the vehicle intake process and kept me informed at every stage of the repair, right up to delivery. Most importantly, the car looks as if nothing ever happened and feels safe to drive—I haven't tested it on the interstate or while towing my RV yet, but it feels great. Thank you.
