I was more than satisfied with my experience with Caliber Collision. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was in a car accident so I wasn’t “happy” to be there, but the employees made the entire process easy and as enjoyable as it could be. The finish product was perfect and I loved the emailed updates about my vehicle.

I was completely satisfied with the service to my car. From the beginning to the end was great service, the staff were awesome! I really liked the updates via text message! Staff was very friendly and helpful however a day after I left I had a service light come on in my vehicle, the back up camera stopped working, and an alert on my screen came up saying “warning battery discharge”. For my car to have been in the shop for 2 weeks the last thing I would expect is to have issues with my car the next day, very upsetting.
