My vehicle is a lease truck that will be turned in today. I just glanced over the truck when I picked it up l, because I had already sat there for an hour and a half waiting for it. When I got home I looked a little better. The paint on the fascia has large chunks of dirt in it and I saw at least one sag. I could see maybe the sag not being noticed but the dirt is obvious. As long as it passes inspection and I get my new vehicle I don’t care. However had this been my personal vehicle I would be very unhappy.

I'm currently an active service member and my time is valuable to me. The customer service from beginning to the end was great. When they said a rental would be there and my appointment would take only 30 minutes. I was full of dought based on my past experiences with other places. To my surprise , my appointment only took 15 minutes to survey the damage with car rental processing too. I drove off to work expecting my car ready in 3 to 4 days. Once again I was surprised being kept informed on my repair of my BMW and how it took only 2 business days. I dropped off my rental there at the shop. Overall I would recommend and still talk others of how good my experience was. Thank you again to the shop on Broad in Murfreesboro. Sincerely Jesus .
