Very professional, yet friendly. Knowledgeable- excellent job! Cleaned our car, gave us advice on maintenance of the paint job for 90 days. The office staff was helpful as well and we loved getting the text updates. Overall best car repair experience we have ever had - and we are in our 70’s! John was the gentleman with which we dealt - superb!

Both when I got the quote and when I dropped off the car I had to wait a really long time for John to come and do whatever he was supposed to do. Very aggravating.

3 vehicle where the assembly or repairs are incomplete

Not enough communication. Took too long to get my vehicle back. Came last Friday (6-21) to get my vehicle which only lacked paper work and a quick check, and was told to come back Saturday to get it. The job only took an extra 20 minutes. I do appreciate somebody staying an extra 20 minutes past 5:30 to help me get it. I just wish I was updated with more of an explanation of what’s taking place with my vehicle.
