At first, I was skeptical about fixing my car because it was nothing but some rear passenger quarter panel damage and did not effect my cars drivability at all.. I took it to 2 body shops in Murfreesboro and got estimates of $3300 and $3400. Well I received a phone call from Jeremy at GEICO the day I dropped it off with Caliber. He answered the phone with, “Hey Derek. I have GREAT news! We are able to fix your fender without replacing it. This will not only solidify your car’s resale value, but it will drop the repair estimate to $2297.” I was ecstatic. I had received text alerts all week that my car was predicted to be ready next Wednesday (5/22). Well on Friday (5/17) morning, I received a call that my car was finished and ready to pick up that day! I have a very keen eye for detail, and I couldn’t find even the smallest flaw in their body work. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

I would have rated this a "10" however, I Left a fairly expensive wireless trekz air headset in the rental and when I returned to Caliber (the car was still there), but,the headset was gone. And I still feel some kind of way about the missing item.

The repair was done to my satisfaction. I was kept up to date through out the process. Every person at Caliber that I had contact with was courteous, helpful and professional. I was worried that my car could not be corrected and when I picked it up it was beautifully detailed and had a new car smell to boot. Great work! I will tell my friends!
