Communication was poor. I was told completely inaccurate things multiple times. Requested updates that never came. requested pictures of parts that never came. Wrong phone number was on file. By far worst experience with any shop.

Service was great , but 3 weeks was just so long . I know you couldn't control parts arriving late and damaged. In the end you did an excellent job and it was worth the wait. Jordon was so kind and patient with us, he always kept us informed and the lady at the front was very sweet , always had a smile on her face. I would use you again.
