Not sure if it is an insurance issue and y'all did what you could with what they allowed but not satisfied with the pain color or the alignment of the hood , there were two used and our tech , bless him , is and has been in touch with our insurance to make it right . Seems like it's a bumper issue more than a hood issue . The color isn't a match either .

You left a sticky residue on the tail light we removed it with Goo Gone, there is a scratch on the cab at the bottom that wasn’t there when we brought it in. But most people won’t see it. Having kept our truck about 3 months was disappointing. Looks good otherwise.

The overall experience and customer service was a 10/10! However when we picked the vehicle up it had very noticeable damage (scratches and paint chips) from being stored in the lot after completion. The office has acknowledged this and is to be in contact with us to make corrections.
