Dropped off my car to caliber West Nashville, randomly received a phone call from caliber in Murfreesboro that my car was towed to Murfreesboro. I was not informed my car was towed there. "Received," 4/14 original date of completion was 4/22. After having my car for less than an hour realized that my horn is not operating. In addition, all of personal items that were in my back seat was thrown in my hatch/ trunk. Now I am left without my car and this time it's not my fault.

The entire team did an amazing job! From replacement parts, to metal work, paint, and even cleaning the inside of my car! Thank you all for taking care of my baby. I would definitely recommend y'all to anyone in need of your services. And Justin was honest and very thorough checking all the damage while explaining everything in detail. All around great guy and you can tell he takes pride in his work as do the others. Thanks again!
