The repairs took a month to complete. Was supposed to be 1 1/2 weeks.also the shroud/cover for the underside of the front chassis was in our trunk. Was never reinstalled. Very poor effort in my opinion. I am extremely disappointed with this service and obviously would never use or refer caliber in the future

The customer service was great. The shop communication was great; weekly text updates and occasional phone calls to update. Completely satisfied with the work completed. The timing seemed excessive; we had expected to receive the car back about 10+ days earlier than we did.

This shop was so respectful to the needs of us being upset about this. They were very helpful. They actually took me home. Once I left the car and since it wasn’t necessary to rent a car, I hopefully kind of saved Nationwide some money and then they delivered the car to me when it was done unbelievable wonderful surface highly recommend and Beau Manager was very good and so was all of his staff
