Please do not contact me. After 3 paint jobs in three weeks, I just noticed that the dent in the door was not repaired. I will never take any of my 3 vehicles to caliber EVER!

I wasn't going to reply to this until I noticed the dent in the door where the damage started, was not repaired. After having to sand that area 4 times and repaint the area 3 times, one would think they would see the dent. The painter is a hack! It took 3 weeks, 3 paint jobs and I had to take 4 days off because of Napa shop being unreliable. Also, the painter called in 2 mondays in a row while in the middle of my repairs. I will NEVER return to Caliber with any of my vehicles again! Their painter should be happy about that.

This number is a reflection of the performance of their employees in the shop. Beu cept me informed and I appreciate his efforts to resolve the issue but they need to fire the painter and body repair person who worked on my Chevy avalanche.

Yes, Nick was always in contact with me regarding repairs. I told him I had to be out of town on the 19th of June and could it be completed by the 18th. He exceeded my expectations and had it ready on the 17th.

Nick and everyone I spoke to during my car repair was professional informative and did a great job. I was kept a brass of the situation and progress of my automobile the whole time I learned a whole lot of new things from your staff. I would recommend them to family members or friends. It's like me this has never happened before you will probably have questions and even though they're super busy trying to fix your car they still answer them so that you can understand the process and what they're dealing with it makes it much better to know what it takes because it's not easy and there are many steps they are required to do.
