Louis made it a point to continuously stay in contact with the appraiser assigned to my claim. He also made sure to text me everyday giving me updates on exactly what stage of repair my vehicle was at. I was pleased to also hear from both Kelly— the manager at Caliber— and Jessica at the front to check up on me and also give me updates on the progress of my vehicle. My entire experience with Caliber was smooth and easy. I am hoping to not be in a position again where I will need to have work done on my car, but if I ever am in that position I will be sure to contact caliber collision .

After my accident I was pretty upset and I just wanted my car fixed and caliber collision did an amazing job at getting my car done as soon as possible. The staff was super friendly and very helpful and attentive, manager Kelly was super awesome and very helpful and addressed every concern I had and they made the whole process super smooth. I most definitely recommend caliber collision for any repairs. Thank you caliber collision!
