I don't like how the lady at the front desk asked me if she calls my phone if it will be a working number as if to suggest I can't afford to pay my own phone bill when I drive a brand new Cadillac. I think if I can afford a $80k car I can pay a phone bill every month. I also don't like her disposition when I questioned the documents I was signing and refused to sign one document before estimates were provided to me. Then she said insurance was paying for the repairs when in actuality I'm paying for EVERYTHING because I pay insurance EVERY month! Her attitude was less than professional and I feel like she treated me like that because I'm black! Next time I need service I will NOT be returning to this facility and I've already told my family and friends to NOT do business with this company and I will alert my insurance company as well about the less than professional experience I received.
