I live on the south side of Chicago and I was visiting the Western suburbs when my car was attacked by rodents. My car was taken to the dealership, which they were going to rob me blind on repairs. So my car was taken to Caliber Collison in Naperville. I dealt with Bambi, tow truck driver and Roberto. They were excellent. They kept me informed about what was going on with my car from the beginning. Until the end. And matter of fact, they told me my car would not be ready until the sixth of April, but it turned out that my car was ready On the second or third very pleased about that. While I was spending my wheels, trying to figure out, how was I going to go and pick up my car and return the rental car, Bambi called me And informed me that they would bring my car to me and return the rental. I have never seen any service like this. But Lord knows, I definitely appreciate it. They went above and beyond with their service. And the best thing was, it was all done at no charge. I wanted to buy them lunch, but they refused. I rate them at 💯
