They did nice work on the car. The thing I didn't like is when they quoted the job, they said it was a 5 days work and when I brought the car for repair, they changed it to 3 weeks, They put the license plate not level with the bumper, I fix it myself, it took less time to fix than going back to Caliber.

It was an absolute pleasure working with the Caliber Collision team. Extremely professional and the consistent updates via text and phone calls were very appreciated. The repairs took longer than desired, however that is not to be misconstrued as a reflection on Caliber's abilities and sense of urgency. Vendor lead times and logistic issues are variables that Caliber has no control over; but once the parts were received, they worked diligently to finish the job. I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who's in need of repairs.

The crew at Caliber did an absolutely great job of repairing our car. The staff did a great job of communicating the progress of the repairs and the projected pickup date. When we arrived to pick up our car (on a snowy day), the office staff were extremely helpful, clearing and sanding the walkway and helping us to the car (we are an elderly couple). I recommend them highly to anyone who needs body work done on their car.

I recently had my SUV repaired at [shop name], and overall, I’m very pleased with the work they did. The auto collision repair was excellent, and the team kept me informed almost daily about the progress, which I greatly appreciated. Their communication and transparency were top-notch and made the experience smooth and reassuring. On the downside, when I received my vehicle, it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. There were fingerprints on the exterior, and some residue, like masking tape, was left on the windshield and windows. While this was a bit disappointing, it didn’t take away from the quality of the repair work itself. If I were to rate my experience, I would give them an 8 out of 10. The performance and attention to detail in the repair were fantastic, but there’s room for improvement in post-repair cleanliness. Overall, I’d still recommend their services and would consider returning in the future.
