I am so impressed with Caliber Collision of New Britain. From the awesome staff at the front desk calling the rental car company to come drop off my rental at the shop, to consistent updates via text. They finished work a few days early, and let me tell you, the paint job they did matching my car’s ice blue paint… the car looks brand new. We will be going to Caliber from here on out. Shout out to Tammy for walking me through everything, and never treating any question as dumb! They also worked seamlessly with my insurance company. You never want to be on the other end of a hit and run, but they made it all so much less painful. Thank you!

Caliber Collision went above and beyond, they even cleaned my car inside and out, I would never expect that!! 😤 The girl who helped me (I'm so sorry I don't remember your name and you were awesome) was there every time I needed her,I just can't say enough about how helpful they were, I recommend them to anyone who may unfortunately have to have their car repaired .Thank. The all around experinece was outstanding. The work was completed earlier than the expected time frame and did an awesome job with the work as well. Rosie was great when I came ! She explained the process and made me feel that I brought my car to the right place. Tom was fantastic as well when I picked up my car making sure I was satisfied with the repair and answering all my final questions. In between I enjoyed the bi weekly updates on my car’ repair status. My car looks great!! Caliber did a wonderful job repairing my car’s damage . Great teamwork Tom and Rosie and staff! Highly recommend Caliber and appreciate the great service!!
