You Guys went above and beyond the call … I was impressed with the way you kept me informed about the progress of the repairs. You also finished the work tire company who repaired my tire and didn’t deflate the spare and put it back or reset the computers so I wasn’t informed every time I started the car that I was losing tire pressure. Caliber collision took care of their faux pas. Also, I was impressed with the young lady who offered to stay after hours on the day I picked up my car. I had neglected to remove my handicap parking From the rental car. She retrieved it and kept it for me until I was able to pick it up . I also need to thank all the mechanics who worked on the car and did such a marvelous job. You could never tell that some idiot had hit me while I was parked and not in the vehicle. God bless you all!

All staff were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They explained everything to me in terms I could understand. This is the first time I’ve had to deal with car problems since my husband died and they were wonderful. I had a flat tire a few days before my appointment for the repair of my fender. The tire company that fixed the flat neglected to deflate the spare, and reset the computer so that I didn’t continue to get an alert of a tire losing pressure. These wonderful people took care of all these issues for me. Again this was involving beyond the call!

At this time all repairs seem to have gone smoothly and I have not come across any issues with closing the rear gate etc. I will continue to monitor but am very happy wihh the the service and workmanship of the Caliber Collision team.
