The service was delayed, and I had to take my car back, and the fix on the muffler was still not professional. However, the service and attention from Tony, once my case was passed to him, was very helpful and nice.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision after my recent accident. Initially, I planned to go with a different body shop, but since I was working through the at-fault party’s insurance, I needed to get my initial estimate done with their partner shop. From the moment I arrived, James was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He assured me he would advocate on my behalf throughout the repair process—and he absolutely delivered. I specifically wanted critical parts replaced with OEM components, knowing insurance companies often push for aftermarket parts. James made it happen, and my truck was repaired back to like-new condition. Communication was excellent the entire time. He always answered my calls and kept me updated regularly through text, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing quality repairs and strong customer support.
