The staff was very friendly very professional inviroment. The office was clean and organize. The emails with updates were very helpful. My over all experience was great and I will recommend them to ANYBODY!!! :)

Like usual, the people at Caliber know what they are doing, and provide friendly and accurate service. While I never want to need to go there, when something unexpected to one of the cars in our family, I am happy to be able to go to my local Caliber for service.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Paul as well as the girl at the front desk! You all did an amazing job and your customer service was over the top! I was we'll informed of everything as they progressed by e- mails as well as phone calls from Paul! When I picked my van up I was very impressed with the quality of work that was done! Caliber Collision has made what I thought would be an awful experience because it was my first time dealing with an accident, but by their friendly, helpful attitudes imade it a good experience and I will totally recommend this fine company to all my family and friends that may need repairs!
