⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I recently had my red Camaro repaired at Caliber Collision in Anaheim, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I received superb customer service. Bianca greeted me with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. My estimator, Jim Wood, was equally impressive. He thoroughly explained the repair process, kept me informed, and set clear expectations from the beginning. The damage to my Camaro was relatively minor, and I was initially told the repairs would take about a week. To my surprise, the Caliber Collision team was able to order the necessary parts and complete all repairs in just two days! The quality of the work was exceptional, and my Camaro looks fantastic. I was truly impressed by the communication, speed, professionalism, and attention to detail demonstrated by everyone involved. All the repairs look really good on the car that I have seen so far. At first I was a little skeptical about the quote that I had been given. I had previously gone to four other repair shops and they had given me quotes that were higher than what you guys gave me and it didn’t seem like you were going to make as many repairs as the other shops. For instance, all of the other shops included the driver door in the repairs, but your shop was just going to polish out the scratch. The guy doing the estimate did tell me that if it didn’t look good after polishing it then they would take a different action to repair it. I am totally satisfied with the work. It looks great. I liked the updates on the daily progress of the car. It was nice to hear what had gotten done and what the next step was.Towards the end of the work, you guys were waiting on a piece of molding and you guys let me know that there was going to be a little delay. It was nice to know so that I wasn’t wondering what the hold up was during those few days. Thank you Caliber Collision to each and everyone of you from the receptionist at the front desk for helping me get things straightened out with the rental car to the estimator, to the crew that did the excellent work on the car. After not having my car for almost two months. I was very excited to finally have my Honda back in my hands again. You guys done an outstanding job and my car looks brand new. Car has been through so much and getting it back looks brand new. Amazing job.

Upon further inspecting my car the new paint job where the paint was redone the surfaced is orange peeled!! I am not happy with this and would like it fixed/ wet sanded and buffed please. Ty
