This was the first time I have ever had to have this kind of work done. I was not sure what to expect Josh was very professional as he explained every step of the process. I got a phone call twice a week informing me of the progress. That was very helpful. Hopefully I will never have to use your services again but should there be a need I will definitely use Caliber as my go o body repair shop .

I am satisfied with the work because they answered every question I had. In addition, there was good control over the car throughout the week. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, they gave me information about what they were working on and the service was good and fast.
