When I got my vehicle back there was damage to the inside dashboard that was not there before it went in.

I always had to call to find out about my vehicle. I would often be told I would get a return but would actually have to call and check on the progress. For example I would call in the morning and be told I would receive a call back at 1 and I would end up calling at 5.
