The whole experience was great. One thing that really irks me is being told something will be done by a certain time, and then that day comes and it's not ready. With Caliber Odessa TX, I was given daily updates and told that the timeline could be pushed back. This allowed us time to plan out how the week without a vehicle was going to go. The repair was done perfectly, and you can't even tell the vehicle was hit. The paint is blended perfectly as well (which I've learned the hard way is difficult to do with the color red). All in all, it was a great experience and should this ever happen again, we know exactly where to bring our cars.
