I say, everything about Caliber Collision is 100% excellent. Mechanical side - when I picked up my car, I was shocked. The clashed right side front end was perfectly repaired, as if no clash happened (I was speechless for a minute). I am thankful that I was kept informed on repair progression, and completed sooner than predicted. Customer service - the best. Friendly, yet very courteous. Office - very clean and cozy. I was super impressed with Steve throughout the whole time with my repairs. He even went over and beyond what I was expected after I picked up my vehicle because my battery died a few hours later the same day and I the heavy pouring rain he jumped my vehicle and got progressive to pay for my new battery that Steve installed the same day which was amazing. Please give that man a raise or paid meal or something for his awesome customer service skills.

I feel the QA here is lacking. When I pickup my car, obvious things like the driver side A-Pilar being detached really shouldn’t be missed. Then having part of my roof rack fall off in my hand when I got home - I mean - it wasn’t attached. Things were missed. Then, after dropping it back off for rework for a few days, to drive home and find that the wind noise hadn’t been fixed and the chip in the door just completely ignored after I’d called it out specifically. I would probably look for another shop for anything bigger than a paint job or minor bumper repair where the chance of something being missed is lower.

I was going to leave you all a 10 and just provide feedback in comments because I feel like the communication from Steven was very positive however, I continue to find things that were missed; things that we specifically spoke about and things I brought the car back for that are still unaddressed and for that reason I can’t give you a ten.

Communication was good. I understand the repair was much more significant than originally expected, however I wish when I had to return the car for rework for several days, it had been offered to me that you all would pick it up and return it. I also am taking points off because the door ding that occurred during the repair process that was one of the 4 reasons I had to bring the car back was never fixed and the wind whistling noise is also still a problem, however I don’t have time to continue to go back and forth with this forever.
