Everyone here at this location was absolutely amazing, James went over everything with me and the process from start to finish. I was heading to california for my birthday and was receiving updates during my trip on the progress and my car was ready right on time. The process was oh so seamless. Thank you guys!

It took 10 days longer than I expected to get my car. Every time I called the location, I would talk to the assistant/secretar,y and he would say my adjuster would call me by the end of the day, and he never did, except when I contacted my insurance, asking about what was happening. I had asked for the back scracthes to be fixed when they asked me if I wanted any other services added, and originally I thought the extra time was due to this, but that was in fact not fixed. Finally, the interior of my car did not seem clean when I picked it up.

Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. From the first time I called to the end I was taken care of including the smooth transaction and collaboration with the rental car company was a pleasant experience. They even provided updates throughout the process and had my car ready in now time managed to get it done a week prior than what was initially expected. Everything was thoroughly explained and repairs look great. The collaboration with my insurance company and the rental car service was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in a time right after an accident . They definitely made my experience a great one plus they even cleaned my car inside and out, tires shined and rims. They thought of everything which didn’t go unnoticed!! Best experience!! Would definitely recommend Caliber Collision!!
