Car still in the shop waiting to be repair because I am not very please and satisfied of the horrible and cheap repairs made by your "technicians" we already contact Amica and attorney to see how we go to resolve this issue. I will not recomended this pñace to anybody cheap excuses and very unprofessional to handle any claim and poor costumer service. Carmen

I appreciated the warm welcome I received when I first went to the location. And then the text message updates and phone calls I received during the process were a nice touch and gave me a good level of comfort. I felt like more than a customer and that they really cared. First class and great experience.

Clermont location is the worst service, i dropped off Voluntarily my SUV through an insurance claim they told me all the things I wanted to here then when I went to pick up my SUV they had still damage on the fender they took the car back and they told me they will pay the extra day rental itâs been two weeks they have not paid nothing the service is terrible delays quality is really bad and they have absolutely no word and they have not paid my rent and I am very dissatisfied I will never ever recommend it to anybody and I will never go back to you
