I am a fleet manager and my local operations manager dropped this vehicle off and then made many many many attempts to get someone to call him back about the repairs that were needed. And the vehicle sat. I made several attempts to get the service writer or anyone from caliber collision to call me back and send an estimate . No return calls. That vehicle sat for a long time. We were trying to decide whether or not to self-pay or use this as an insurance claim, and without the estimate, we didn’t know. I finally called and kept pressing until I got to someone who would send me an estimate. Once I approve the work, they said it would be two weeks. That was a while back. This vehicle was delivered to Caliber collision last November and we’re just finishing this up. I will take responsibility for the two weeks that intervene between the time you said that it was done and the time that I set it up for payment. I was on PTO for part of that time. The rest, is on you. I had this delivered to Caliber collision because Caliber collision and Knight Commercial commercial are both owned by OMERS. I made that clear from the outset, but it didn’t seem to build a fire under anyone.

Stephen was very thorough in his assessment of the damages. Wr were kept informed of the progress of repairs and they were completed prior to date originally given. Repairs were professionally completed and our looks like a new car.

I was impressed with the caliber collision shop. They were giving proper step by step update on my truck. Pictures of work progress were also provided upon request. I had to leave the truck today because they forgot to install my door trim and they over sprayed on to the front panel. So I need all that done correctly and I will inspect the job thoroughly and I also lost two jobs because I do tow with that truck and I may also missing my Power Bank Stickers and my Vin sticker please have someone contact me for the correction we have to do thank you.

My second experience was excellent. The work on my 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 is impressive; the truck looks complete and looks amazing for its age. While it took a little longer to source the parts due to the vehicle's year, the end result was well worth the wait. In hindsight, I wish we had started with this approach from the beginning, but the team was fantastic throughout the process. Thank you for restoring my '04 Ram to its original glory!
