Yes, from the front desk/reception area that booked my appointment to Saeid handing me my keys on the promised delivery date, my positive experience would allow me to recommend Caliber without hesitation.

Saeid was very communicative and so personable. My dashcam wasn’t hooked up when I picked it up so I’ll taking it back to the installer to get it fixed.

I've taken 3 different vehicle to Caliber Collision multiple times, and while they perform the collision work adequately, their handling of my dash cam is frustrating and inconsiderate. Each time I bring my car in, they disconnect and detach my dash cam completely removing the tamper-resistant cover and wires. I understand this may be necessary for worker privacy. However, the problem occurs when I pick up my vehicle: they never reconnect the camera. This puts the burden back on me. Either I have to spend time reconnecting it myself on the spot, or worse, I have to take my car elsewhere and pay someone else to do it. For a Bluetooth camera that syncs to a phone and can easily be reset or cleared without full disconnection, this is an unnecessary hassle. The simple solution: If disconnection is truly necessary, take time to reconnect it before returning the vehicle. Or better yet, just reset it without disconnecting in the first place. This isn't a technical limitation, it's a lack of basic customer courtesy. Don't leave customers with additional errands and expenses because of work you initiated.

I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision for repairs. When I picked up my car, they had completely disconnected and detached my dash cam; no problem, I assumed that was necessary for the workers privacy. But when I asked them to reconnect it before I left, the front desk told me it's MY responsibility to deal with it. So here I am, driving all over town without a dash cam, my safety equipment, trying to find someone else to reconnect something they disconnected. Now I have to pay another vendor to fix what Caliber created as a problem. This is ridiculous. It's basic customer service. The fact that they disconnect it, then refuse accountability and send you on your way without it is completely unacceptable.

General service was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Not super happy about the repair though. On the day of pickup things were pretty busy and didn’t get a chance to look things over before getting home. I had both doors on driver side replaced but the back door is set off a bit so it has a bit of a hard time closing and the interior plastic rubs when closing the door. Also while driving the vibrations cause the plastic to rub as well so there is a fairly constant noise in the vehicle now.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful just wish there was a post repair walkthrough of sorts to make sure things were up to par and didn’t feel rushed out the door.
