My service advisor, Saeid, was great. He provided daily updates, answered all of my questions, and addressed any concerns I had. . The front desk experience was not great. During drop off they misplaced my paperwork. When they found it they "told" me to sign. I had to ask them to go over the documents with me. Same experience during pickup. Paperwork misplaced, told to sign, the lady training spoke very loud and seemed to be rushing. It felt like she was yelling at me. The trainee, however, was polite and as allowed me to take my time.

The customer service was fantastic.from the front desk to the service reps. I am still going through the itemized repairs list, but I haven't found any problems. The best surprise was getting my car back earlier than estimated. Thank you for the great service. I pray I don't need it again. 😀
