I am satisfied now, but I refused to accept my car the first time. The repair was subpar, and not recognized by the representative until I pointed it out. I was given the option to refuse which I did; a new part was ordered and replaced and I was satisfied with that.

Outstanding service from beginning to end. Continuous updates with progress of the repair. Ms Christina did an excellent job with front of the house managing all the intakes and releases and Gina making sure all concerns and questions answered. Kept me updated with the status of repairs and meticulous with showing me all aspects from tear down and why parts were replaced to showing me the final product. Couldn't be happier. Thank you
