I did not accept the vehicle as the repairs were not completed correctly. The trunk was not aligned and the bumper was off set.

The repairs on my car were not completed correctly and the case was returned to me in an unacceptable condition. My car has been in the repair shop for 30days and it is unclear when the car will be returned. My service agent Brock has tried his best but he situation is very disheartened and a poor reflection on Caliber service to costumers. This is my second time using this repair shop and my first experience was very positive, this experience has not been the same.

My service agent has tried but, I have had to be the person reaching out for follow up as my car is supposed to be ready today as today is the last day I will have a rental through my insurance. I placed a call this morning as there has been no updates or communication and it is still unclear if my vehicle will be ready today.

Jeff is very personable and asked if I was satisfied with the repairs. Tosha on the other hand, just seemed done with me. I asked more than once to confirm that all my concerns, potential unseen damages, were addressed. I still do not have an answer. When I picked up my car, it still needed a small correction.
