The repair took way more number of days than what would be needed expected for such a relatively small repair. The new doors were damaged during transport had to be repaired again. Car was resent for repairs due to buff marks and scratches seen upon first delivery post repairs.

This could’ve been a nightmare. I mean, it was a car accident. Instead, we found a place with great people that did great work. I hope we don’t need them again, but if we do need repairs, we will go to Caliber Collision in Plano.

Lexus says my map should still show on navigation and working. Subscription expires but that just means it doesn’t update maps. Caliber needs to get it working or Lexus is charging $250 diagnostic. Also there is a whistling sound in my windshield when I go 55mph or higher that wasn’t there before.
