This could’ve been a nightmare. I mean, it was a car accident. Instead, we found a place with great people that did great work. I hope we don’t need them again, but if we do need repairs, we will go to Caliber Collision in Plano.

Repair is as expected. Still missing a piece from my dash (the shift lock cap) that was confirmed to be there in the before photos when I dropped off the car

My car was repaired, but I'm now missing the shift lock cap cover on my dash. Kristi was not sure why it was missing because no work was done inside the car for repairs, but the before pictures they took of my car showed the shift lock cap there next to my gear shift. She said she would look into the issue and call me Monday. It is now Thursday with no information on how to recover or replace that shift lock cap. The only messages I have recieved from Calliber since I reported the missing piece are these ask to review messages, so here is my review. Please tell the calliber collision Plano location to call me back. Thank you.

Great location for getting your car repaired! Justin, my advisor, kept me up to date on the process and my car was returned to me freshly washed. They also provided me with a rental car during the time it was in the shop. I recommend Caliber Collision on Coit Road.
