We were ever impressed with the entire process. The communication from the beginning to pick up was fantastic. Kristi was wonderful. We have dealt with other repair places in the past which weren’t awful, but not great. Caliber was next level service and we are very satisfied with the process, communication and the repair. We will always recommended this Caliber to anyone needing repairs. We are both in sales and customer service is something we always look for and this was A+
