Justin took really good care of us - he put other things aside as we were traveling through Dallas from Missouri and did not have a car to drive home. Justin kept us informed and managed to address our problems under some time constraint as we wanted to go home after a long trip.

I still have red paint smidge on my front bumper. The tailgate had red marker all over it from marking previous stretches. The timeline of events was not updated appropriately. It took 6 weeks longer than the previous quoted timeline. I’ve had better experiences with Caliber Collision at different locations. I will not be using this location again.
